Giulia Lanza is a criminal lawyer and collaborates with the chair of criminal law and international criminal law at the Department of Law of the University of Verona (Italy). In 2018 she earned a PhD in European and International Legal Studies in an agreement between the University of Verona and the Georg-August Universität in Göttingen, Germany. Her work has appeared in the Revue Internationale de Droit Pénal, the Journal of Eastern-European Criminal Law, the Indice Penale, the Diritto Penale Contemporaneo, and the Duncker & Humblot, among other publications.
